Hi, I’m Akshita Mogha! I’m a student aspiring to become a psychologist. I’m one of the founders of Project MannMatters. My work is driven by a deep commitment to making mental health accessible, inclusive, and free from stigma. Through this initiative, I aim to create safe spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe open conversations, awareness, and emotional education can help people better understand themselves and others. Alongside this, I tutor students after school, guiding them both academically and emotionally. I spend my free time writing poetry, and I’ve published a poetry book, Soul Solitaire, through which I share my thoughts and experiences. If you believe conversations can change lives, then you’re already a part of what we’re building at Project MannMatters. I believe that sometimes, all someone needs is a space to be heard, and that is exactly what we’re working to create.
To be fully seen by somebody, and be loved anyhow — this is a human offering that can border on miraculous.— Elizabeth Gilbert
